I have a had few problem with email system today - I think everyone in 5k & 10k got their's but not so for the fun run and half marathon. I will try again tomorrow but in the meantime here is the main points:
Please read the attached document carefully it has all the info required about parking, number pick up on the day, baggage etc.
For those you that live locally, there is an opportunity to pick your number up on Saturday from 10am to 2pm, again at Zetland Park.
If you are unable to run, please do NOT let anyone run with your number without letting me know in advance – I will accept swaps up to mid-day on Thursday.
Please run with your number pinned to the FRONT of your vest with FOUR pins, one in each corner.
Please wear your chip timing tags as shown in the attachment. When you have finished, please return the tags so that they can be reused. PLEASE KEEP THEM SEPARATE AND NOT PINNED TOGETHER when you place them in the basket.
Prizes will be awarded to 1st Man & Woman to finish, followed by the best age graded percentage performances, other than the first finishers (ie no more than one prize per runner) – sent by post.

It is 6 weeks until the Mermaid 10km. I hope that training is going well.
Most runners entered in 2021 or earlier and some may have new circumstances that means that they are unable to take part.
If you are one of those people and you have family member or friend who will use your entry then email me their full details (Name, Address, DOB, Mobile, email address and where appropriate, club details) and will I do a swap free of charge. This facility is available until 13th April
I you are unable to take part, and don’t a friend to use your entry, then we have people on a waiting list that I can re-sell your place to. There is an EntryCentral charge of 50p to cover their cost of refunding your entry fee. This facility is available until 7th April.
You will receive a further email update on 8th/9th April.
