Spring Coast Road 5k on Wednesday 16th July, starting at 7:15pm:

This is your race number: [Bib #] – please have a note of it to help when you collect it.
You can collect your number from Redcar Rugby Club, Green Lane, Redcar, TS10 3RW from 5:30pm onwards where there is limited car parking. There is further parking available along certain sections of the Coast Road and also at Stray Car Park about 400m beyond the finish area, where there are also public toilets.

If you are unable to run, please do NOT let anyone run with your number without letting me know in advance – I will accept swaps up to mid-day on the Wednesday. There are a limited number of people on my waiting list. If I am able to “sell on” your entry then I will refund your fee minus £1 to cover the EntryCentral fees which we are unable recover.
Please run with your number pinned to the FRONT of your vest with FOUR pins, one in each corner.
Please wear your chip timing tags as shown in the attachment. When you have finished, please return the tags so that they can be reused. PLEASE KEEP THEM SEPARATE AND NOT PINNED TOGETHER when you place them in the tub, which will be next to where you collect your water at the finish.
Prizes will be awarded to 1st Man & Woman to finish, followed by the best age graded percentage performances, other than the first finishers (ie no more than one prize per runner)

DON’T FORGET…..
After the race you are invited back to Rugby Club for a drink (usual bar fare + tea/coffee) - you can use your bib number to get £2 off at the bar (valid on 16th July only). Please make sure that you hand over the number as part of the transaction at the bar.

A Redcar Running Festival reminder that entry fees increase after 31st August:
Half Marathon* and 10km increase by £6 and 3km Young Athletes Race** + fun run by £3 from Sept 1st.
*incorporates NECAA Championship and is also an EA Masters Qualifier
**YA Race open to U13 & U15 UKA registered club members, all other entries are classed as 3km fun runners.
