Numbers can be collected from the Locke Park bowls club, near the start from 9am on Sunday.

If you are unable to run then please don't let anyone use your number without emailing me their details - there is no charge for swapping runners.

Please be aware that due to having fewer than expected entries the men's race and women's races will now start together at the new time of 10:15am

Don't forget that the clocks go back Saturday night/Sunday morning, so don't arrive an hour earlier than intended!

Note that there will be a 2k junior parkrun in the park starting at 9am.

The early forecast indicates that we will have better weather than last week, but we are fairly sheltered from the wind anyway.
